Co-Founder / Instructor

Dallon Fondren is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran and former law enforcement officer. During his military service, he worked in small-arms maintenance and armory leadership, developing extensive experience with firearm function, inspection, maintenance, accountability, and safe handling.

Following his military service, Dallon continued his professional development in law enforcement, receiving training and experience in patrol operations, defensive tactics, firearms, and decision-making under stress. His technical and operational background allows him to help students understand not only how to handle firearms safely, but how their equipment functions and how to make responsible decisions in defensive situations.

Josh Sharette_Co-Founder / Lead Instructor_Firearm Training

Josh Sharette
Co-Founder / Lead Instructor

Josh Sharette is a U.S. Army combat veteran with sixteen years of experience in intelligence, targeting, operational planning, and support to special operations. During his military career, he trained soldiers preparing for deployment during the Global War on Terrorism, with instruction covering weapons employment, counter-IED procedures, convoy operations, land navigation, security, and urban combat.

Following his military service, Josh served as a patrol deputy in Idaho, gaining additional experience in firearms, defensive tactics, crisis response, and decision-making under pressure. As Armed Everyday’s Lead Instructor, he combines operational experience with a practical teaching style focused on helping students build safe, repeatable skills they can apply under realistic conditions.

Training Philosophy

At Armed Everyday we believe firearm training should go far beyond simply learning how to shoot. Responsible firearm ownership requires discipline, sound judgment, situational awareness, and respect for the responsibility that comes with carrying a firearm.
